Overview

Outpace was developed to demonstrate the potential of wireless enabled Windows ® CE devices.

The name Outpace comes from the aim of the project to provide information at a faster pace than other forms of communication and to outpace other recipients of the information such as the media.

Planet Software developed Outpace, which allows information to be sent to a secure Web site using Outlook. This allows access to information using a pocket PC. Notification of new information is available through a WAP-enabled mobile phone.
