When requesting support on the Year View products, please provide the following information (where appropriate):

• Operating System (name, version and service pack details)
• Your licence key (if you are a registered user)
• Microsoft Outlook (version and service pack details)*
• Version of Product being used (including build number)
• htm files in the installation folder*
